Berlusconi back? - an italian reflection

This weekend the italians will vote again. It is the time of the parliamentary elections. A lot of people were disappointed from their old prime minister Mario Monti and will vote for the PDL. But his also means that they will vote again for the party chief: Silvio Berlusconi.
The italians forgave him a lot since he left the position of the prime minister.
But is it really rational to make a comeback possible from somebody,who made "Bunga - Bunga parties" with paid underaged prostitutes?! And this with an age of 76 years.
His supporters know what he did or do.. but they have their own special thinking about it.
"You have corruption and bribes everywhere. In every single part of the society. Of course was he the one, who had to represent the government, but he is also a normal italian.
If this is a apologize to the things he does is questionable, but we will see how it will continue..
